Meet the CEOFredy Galindo Jnr
Chief Executive Officer, SprintSuite
Fredy leads SprintSuite with a simple belief: software for mining and heavy industry should be built alongside the people doing the work, not from a distance. He spends as much time on customer sites and in workshops as he does in the office.
That approach shapes how the team operates — close to customers, quick to act on what we hear, and focused on building a platform contractors actually want to use every shift.

SprintSuite works out of three Australian hubs, close to the mining, engineering and heavy industry teams we support.
Melbourne, VIC
Our head office — product, engineering, marketing and customer success.
Mackay, QLD
Our Queensland hub, close to Bowen Basin coal contractors and shutdown crews.
Perth, WA
Our West Coast hub, supporting WA mining and engineering customers on the ground.
Those are our home bases — but we service clients all across Australia, and we're excited to now be working in regions such as North America and New Zealand.
Open roles
Front-End Engineer
Own the front-end space technically and from a UI/UX perspective. You'll take features from concept to production — not just implement handed-over designs — working with our Rails backend, APIs and services to ship complete solutions. Strong React, JavaScript and React Native experience, genuine fluency with AI-assisted tooling (especially Cursor), and a track record of shipping independently. You'll build dashboards, data-dense views and workflow-driven UI that mining crews rely on every shift, and keep improving performance and usability across a live production system.
Account Executive (WA)
Own the full sales cycle across WA's mining and engineering sectors — discovery sessions, tailored demos, and relationships with operations managers, project leads and executives. Competitive base plus uncapped commissions, hybrid Perth setup with travel to site and industry events.
Customer Success Manager (WA)
Own the ongoing relationship with our West Australian customers after the sale — onboarding and tailored training, account health and usage monitoring, renewals and retention targets, plus upsell and expansion opportunities. You'll channel customer feedback into product improvements and help shape our customer success playbooks as we scale.
DevOps Engineer
Own the infrastructure that keeps SprintSuite live for customers who can't afford downtime — CI/CD pipelines, AWS cloud infrastructure, monitoring, alerting and incident response, tenant provisioning, Terraform and our ISO 27001 security posture. Hands-on role with real autonomy to shape how we do infrastructure.
