    OUR STORY

Built from the industry, not from the outside looking in.

SprintSuite came out of two decades of hands-on maintenance and engineering work. The people behind it ran crews, quoted jobs, chased timesheets, prepared payroll and fronted up to client audits — so they knew exactly where the time and margin was disappearing.

Managing people across projects and sites, job management, safety and compliance, equipment, purchasing, scheduling, reporting and client requirements were all being handled in separate systems and spreadsheets that never talked to each other.

So SprintSuite was built to solve those problems one at a time, alongside the contractors living them — not as another generic field service platform looking for an industry to sell into. Today it's the mining contractor software and workshop management platform behind thousands of daily site users.

One connected system, from start to finish.

SprintSuite isn't a set of standalone modules. Quoting, scheduling, field work, safety, assets, purchasing, payroll and reporting all share the same data, so a job flows from first enquiry to invoice without re-entering anything.

    OUR PEOPLE

    Meet the people behind SprintSuite.

Fredy Galindo Jnr, CEO of SprintSuite

    Fredy Galindo Jnr

    Chief Executive Officer

Fredy grew up in Australia's mining industry. In his family's 200-person mining services business — servicing mining, manufacturing and infrastructure clients across the country — he ran operations and the technology behind them: workshop overhauls of haul truck engines and hydraulic shovels, reverse-engineering critical spares when an OEM lead time was 16 weeks, flying strike teams to remote sites, and 48-hour shutdown sprints with rope-access crews.

Every one of those jobs came down to the same thing: the right people, on the right site, with the right gear, under tight budgets and strict fatigue and compliance rules. Spreadsheets and paper couldn't hold it together, so Fredy built the software that could. That internal tool became SprintSuite.

"The mining sector speaks its own language. When we talk to potential customers, we don't need to learn their terminology or understand their challenges — we've lived them."

Today he still leads from the front — on site with contractors as often as he is in product reviews. Read the EVP investment story.
