Simpro Digital Forms are a form-builder module that sits on top of Simpro Premium. They let you replace paper checklists, JSAs, SWMS, service reports and compliance certificates with mobile-friendly forms that attach to a Simpro job. Techs fill them in from the Simpro Mobile app; office staff receive them attached to the job record.

The lineage matters: Simpro acquired Formitize in 2021, and much of the modern Digital Forms experience is built on that foundation. It's a genuine forms engine — not a stripped-down attachment feature.
